I have SCSM 2019 and Exchange 2019. If I try to create a Exchange connector 4.1, I get the following error message
I am using the following URL:
https://192.168.10.76/EWS/exchange.asmx
I have copied the following files into SCSM directory
C:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center\Service Manager
Any Idea?

have you read the Deployment Guide of the Exchange Connector?
The Exchange Connector doesn't have any direct effect on your Exchange Server. The Exchange Connector is basically acting like a mail client, e.g. Outlook, connecting to Exchange Server and "taking a look in the mailbox" of the user configured in the Exchange Connector settings. If there is a new email it will be processed by the Exchange Connector. To create a new incident the user should just send an email to the user configured in the Exchange Connector.

the error message "Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS".

Also please try to use the name of the exchange server instead of the IP address. Depending on the certificate on the Exchange server it might be an issue if you use the IP address.

I have now created a Exchange Connector but it is not enabled at the time. Could you tell me please does that connector any effect on my exchange server?
How can I now set that the user can create a Incident via email?
