I have published a workspace to a group of users and trying to get the user to test. When they connect through a web browser they just get a spinning wait icon and nothing ever loads.

Can you please check the boot diagnostics screenshot for the VM individually and let me know what it shows.
Also, after logging in, for how long does the waiting icon spins? Is this issue happening for all the session hosts in the hostpool, or is it happening for only one particular session host?
Also, can you provide any extra relevant information about any activity performed on the session host post which you are noticing this issue. Are these newly deployed session hosts, or have they been running from a long time?
