client get ipv6 address but not IPV4

Hi experts,
In SCCM, I find that many of our systems are get IPv6address but not IPV4address. Can anyone share some light why this happened and how to get IPV4address data?

    Please check if the client uses the IPV4 address or IPV6 address by the command of ipconfig? If it uses the IPV6 address, and the record on the SCCM console is in agreement with screen which shown on the side of client. If not, we could check it in the Network Adapter Configurations of Hardware by following the screenshot:

    If the display of IP Address is still inconsistent, we could run the action of Hardware Inventory Cycle on the side of client, please notice the Hardware Scan on the console and check if the IP Address is inconsistent.

    how to get IPV4address data?
    In general, if the cilent use IPV4 address, the data would be shown as IPV4 address.
