How long ago was the shared mailbox created? It may not be generated on the server yet.

Do you see it in OWA or the "All Users" list in Outlook?
Two possibilities:
The Offline Address Book hasn't downloaded yet. Try adding the shared mailbox from the "All Users" Address list or Outlook online mode or Outlook Web App.
The shared mailbox is hidden from the Address Book.
Yes, I thought about address book (downloading the full OAB didn't help) and don't understand this: although I did NOT check "Hide from address book" checkbox...
...support@contoso.net does not show up in the address list:
Advanced Find does see the mailbox but seems it's not enough:
...mmm ...what can make a mailbox disappear from the address book???
That's it!!! It works after Get-OfflineAddressBook | Update-OfflineAddressBook!
