Sharepoint List using Multiline Text Field as Comment Column

Hey,

I want to use a multiline Text field as a Comment Column. I activated the Add function to add the new entries to the old ones. Now it's showing inside the column for every item : "Show entries". you can click on this and then the item editor opens where i can the entries of the Comment Column with Editor and Date. Is it possible to use JSON formatting that the Comment column shows the latest entrie and maybe looks like this ?

As far as I know, column formatting will not work for this situation, as a workaround, use the OOB comment feature as shown below:
