Please i need your help.
End-user is not able to access/log into MS Teams stating account blocked so please help up to get this fix asap.

As the message says, a risky sign-in was detected. An admin will need to review the risk events and decide whether to unblock the user. Read here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/identity-protection/howto-identity-protection-investigate-risk
Look in the Azure Sign In logs for that user or Correlation ID.
Most likely its blocked by a policy or Sign in Risk

As Azure AD administrator, unlock the user account and (I recommend you) force the change password for the user.
