Cannot deploy Azure arc resource bridge

I have Azure Stack HCI two node cluster that register in Azure. I would to manage VMs through Azure Arc. It requires to deploy Azure Resource Bridge.

I have followed up the instructions:

When I try to deploy it. I got the following error:

Hello Stephen - Can you grab logs from the cluster using Get-MocLogs. We would like to debug the error & provide a resolution. Thanks.
