Error when migrating CustomVision project

Hi,

I am trying to migrate a project from a previous Azure Custom Vision account to my new account using the export API. After I launch the import, I can see that the status is "Importing" but after some time the status changes to "failed". I have tried many times and the problem seems to be related to one prediction iteration. When the process reaches that point it stops migrating the data.

I have been able to migrate all the pictures and tags using the python script but I want to keep my iterations.

Any clues on why I receive this error?

Hello @YutongTie-MSFT ,

Yes, I'm following that guide. I don't get any error message. When I make the post to import the project I get a 200 response with the status importing. Then, I check the status of the project and it stays in "Importing" for half an hour approximately and finally it changes to "Failed".

Could you please share the Azure Subscription ID and your from/to resource name to me so that we can look into the details from the backend for your subscription and project?

I would highly recommend you to create a support ticket to connect with the support engineer to see what happened at the backend. Please let me know if you have no support plan, I am willing to enable you one to solve this issue. Thanks.
