Select Azure Dedicated Host SKUs will be retired on 31 March 2023. Newer Dedicated Host SKUs offer more vCPUs, RAM, and regional availability compared to the legacy SKUs. We recommend that all customers running Dsv3-Type1, Esv3-Type1, Dsv3-Type2, or Esv3-Type2 Dedicated Hosts upgrade to the latest generation of Dsv3 or Esv3 Dedicated Host SKUs before 31 March 2023.

Hi, could you please tell me how we can identify which Type a VM is?

We have a Standard D8s v3 which I believe is a 'Dsv3' although I am not sure if we are an affected type (type 1 or 2) or OK (type 3 or 4)?
