My virtual machines dont show public ip.

As i am unable to create a windows VM and once if I get successful to create it then its public ip doesn't show up and remains missing.

could you please verify a Public IP is associated with the VM

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/ip-services/associate-public-ip-address-vm

Adding to the information above. During creation you can have the VM launch with a public IP address, depending on vnet configuration. You can see this under the Networking section during VM creation.
