I would like some advice.
I need to upload 600+ TB of data (10+ million files) to Sharepoint, how would I do this in the most efficient way ?

@Wesley-6822 then you can use the file migration tool provided by SharePoint online OR use 3rd part tools such as Ave point or sharegate

Migration Manager and SPMT are the options for that scenario that are offered by Microsoft.

I strongly recommend you to read this document for planning.
For migration of more than 100TB data, you should contact Microsoft support.
And you can migrate 1TB data per day (for medium files) with recommended tools. So you should plan about 2 years to migrate all data (600TB) to SPO.
