Password authentication problem

I have the Authenticator app but do not remember my password and so it does not generate a code so I can’t access my GoDaddy account. How can I resolve this?

Hi @AnneLogue-4786,

If understand that you are trying to access your GoDaddy account, but can't get in because you do not remember your password.

To reset your GoDaddy password, follow these steps:

Go to their Reset Password page.
Enter your Username or your Customer #.
Complete the Security challenge, then select Submit. In a few minutes, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
They send the email for a password reset to the email address on file for your account.

If you still have trouble accessing the account, you can request access to the account and and their team will help you get back in.

If you still have trouble getting in after following these steps, I recommend reaching out to GoDaddy's support. Microsoft Q&A is mainly for Azure products and does not support third party technologies like GoDaddy.
