Windows 10 Stuck on Logo After Joined to domain

Hi Microsof support team
Is there any kind issue with domain policy.
The customer joind domain and then after 2-3 day machine hang at Logo.

windows 10 enterprise
Laptop HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000
If do not join domain machine will be fine.

Which logo? The log-on screen before/after entering the password? Or the windows is stating logo
