SPMT: "Scan File Failure:The parent folder was not migrated","0x0111000F"

I cant understand what is wrong for SPMT to fail the copy when there is the respect for accepted chars and full length of the path!! Thousand of these errors because in destination some folders cant be created.
Same it's not problem of File System or SharePoint authorization on destination.The failure involves only the 30% of the total.

"Folder","Failed","SCAN FAILURE","Scan File Failure:The parent folder was not migrated","0x0111000F"

The above msg doesn't help to understand the issue! Need to open a ticket to Microsoft?

For security reason I cant attach URL or other

@AngeloOrlando-7861,

Where are these files from? File Share or SharePoint Server?

From the error message, the parent folder was not migrated, therefore all items under the folder will fail to migrate.

Please check your parent folder and retry your migration.

If you are migrating file shares to SharePoint online, you could also use Migration Manager to compare the result, refer to:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointmigration/mm-get-started

The source is our file server so yes it's a shared folder. The parent folder name and all the url is "grammatically correct"
Actually the error is generated for this root folder and afterward for all the files included in this particular folder.

The problem occure for the Orig folder and all the files inside, and all of them are in the right syntax like IMG_xxxx.JPG.

That's why im asking if there is any option to have a better explanation of the one resulting in the generated LOG.

@AngeloOrlando-7861,

Currently there is no better detailed error log for this error.

As a workaround, please copy the root folder under another shared folder, then migrate it again via SPMT to compare the result.
