O365 Login is not working when browser cache is cleared

Hi Team,
We have done O365 authentication in our small application. After some months we have found that now O365 authentication is not working when browse cache is cleared, Sometimes either that login will redirect and to same page again and again and not hits the redirect URL or sometimes ClaimsIdentity is returns Null. I am using MVC please suggest where we are going wrong or why the application is working abnormally now.

@TrialFWS-2282, What type of Authentication are we using here, is it a Federated Authentication (authentication being done by ADFS) or its a managed domain, where the Authentication is done by Azure AD?

Also, can you provide some more details as what you mean by "We have done O365 authentication in our small application". Is it that you have registered your app in Azure AD as a Azure AD App registration or how the app is associated with O365 authentication.

Also, would like to know what type of authentication does your app supports, like does it support SAML, or WS-Fed or OAuth protocols?

Do let us know the updates.

@TrialFWS-2282, To speed things up, it would be great if you could send us few fiddler traces for the working and non-working scenarios, so that we can check the workflow and try to understand the point of failure.

You can download the fiddler tool from here. Once you download and install the tool, you would need to configure the tool so that it can decrypt the https traffic. Inorder to that, you can follow the steps mentioned here.
Once you have the fiddler traces collected, please zip them up and send us an email on azcommunity[at]microsoft[dot]com.

Note: When you are sending the email, please give the reference of the URL of this thread so that its easier for us to identify.

As mentioned by soumi-MSFT, we will need a bit more information from you to be able to better diagnose this. Please send the details and fiddler traces to the email address provided (AzCommunity@microsoft.com), and we will follow up with you.

Also, just based off of the information you provided, it's possible that there's an issue with your app registration settings. Make sure that the Redirect URI in your tenant app registration matches what you have in your code, and that the other values such as client ID and tenant ID also match.

Once you have reached a resolution, please share it with the community so that others with similar questions can more easily find an answer.
