Not able to start Azure CLI ,not working on azure portal , please advise.

Did you follow all recommendations of https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cloud-shell/troubleshooting ?

Cloud shell is always coming blank.. I have applied the same https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cloud-shell/troubleshooting ,but still the same issues
check that azure/network admin has not locked down support. just check the debugging tools -> network, and see if urls are blocked.
in the same debugging tools, you can check for any script error due to browser compatibility.
I have the same issue in the portal. After selecting Bash or PowerSell the terminal window is just blank like in his example above. There is no error message.
