Export MS Support Request history

Hello There,

We are Microsoft Partner and we are using lighthouse for onboarding customer. We raised MS support request for various customers using our CSP account.

Now we need the history report which was raised in past. Can any one know how we can export all the MS support request history in to excel, PDF?

Please help me here.

You have an interesting ask to download support request history to a PDF or excel. But am afraid, there is no option to support your requirement. Just curious to understand, why do you want to download support request history? Would be glad to get inputs from you on this scenario and discuss the same with the concerned team to understand if there is an alternative that can be leveraged.
