Microsoft Graph REST API converts pptx to jpg just the first page / converts pptx to pdf adds a white page at the end

Hello,

I am using MS 365 Graph REST API to convert from pptx to jpg, but I can only convert the first page. I also tried to convert the pptx to pdf (a white page was added at the end of the file) and then I convert the pdf file to jpg and I have the same result (just the first page converted to jpg).

Do I have to add some option to convert the whole document and not just the first page?

When converting from pptx to pdf, how not to add a white page at the end?

Hi @PACHECOLLANOSAracely-6318 You can save the converted files in another folder. Then go to that folder and try opening it again.

The problem is not the access to the generated files. The question is about how to convert all the slides from a pptx document, and not just the first slide.

Hello @PACHECOLLANOSAracely-6318, according to the documentation, Graph API only supports converting other formats to pdf.

I read the documentation, and I tried to convert a ppt file to jpg.

It only converts the first slide. How to convert the rest of the ppt document?

Hello @PACHECOLLANOSAracely-6318, since beta versions are used for testing, they are unstable when used in production and are not recommended. At the same time, there is no specific request body for converting the mode to jpg in the document, so I suggest opening a support ticket to get a more in-depth solution.
