Cannot find data from three days ago and further

i need to lookup some account history in ATA for a user. I can only see the past 48 hours from the current point in time. What am i doing wrong? that data better be there! :(

    Which exact version of ATA is it ?
    Any chance this account is new or wasn't active for a long time before those 48 hours?
    Any health issues reported in the console?
    For other accounts, are you able to find data for more than those 48 hours ?
