Outlook Desktop App Sign-In At Startup

Hello,

The higher-ups want us to have users using the Outlook Desktop App to sign in anytime they start the Outlook desktop app. I am unsure why, but I am also unsure of how to approach this. If I search for this in general, the only thing that comes up is how to fix constant sign-ins, but not to cause them.

If this is possible can someone give me some pointers?
If it is not possible or not recommended, please let me know so I can explain that to them?

    Do you want to ask users to enter their email password every time outlook starts, right?
