I was able to reproduce this on 2 systems with windows 10 x64 one on 20H2 and one on 21H2
I used the winrar entries to document the problem on both machines but saw the bug happening with many other 4 entries/programs
Steps to reproduce:
-Configure winrar(or any other program that adds context menu entries) to have the ContextMenuHandlers or DragDropHandlers entries
-Open autoruns 14 as administrator and uncheck the entries
-Refresh or relaunch autoruns 14
Result:
-The unchecked entries are not shown
Expected result:
-The unchecked entries should be shown
Versions tested: 14.09, 14.06, 14
Extra info:
When I run Autoruns 13 I'm able to see the unchecked entries and enable them again, after that if I refresh or relaunch Autoruns 14 I'm able to see them checked/normally.
