How to create storage account for Manage Desktop Wallpaper with Microsoft Intune (BASIC plan)

I would like to create a storage account to manage my desktop wallpapers in Microsoft Intune.
What is the minimum setup just to store a few wallpapers?

My Azure plan is Basic, so I hope it won't cost me extra.
I am looking at the documentation, but there are so many settings that I am not sure.

I usually just use Intune to configure the app distribution settings and have hardly touched any of the other features of Azure.

I would appreciate it if you could kindly let me know.

Hi,

To be able to create a storage account you need an Azure Subscription:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/create-subscription

After that you can create a storage account in your subscription.

Azure Subscription is already set up.(Pay-As-You-Go)
I understood that it is possible to create a storage account.
