Multiple devices in one intune licens with diffreent setup config

Hello in my firm we have a couple of devices on the branches. We have 1 intune license for each branch with a intune configuration ( selected programs and rules that shall be installed on a blank PC when they log in with their Microsoft account mail )

We also have another device at the branch where they log in with the same Microsoft account mail, but here we meet the difficulties. We want the PC to have another setup, still use the same user login, and be registered as their branch, but be assigned to a sub-group and get other programs installed. Is this possible under the same Intune license?
In other terms have 1 intune license for each branch but 2 different setup config but still be registered under the same user

@NikolaiLangsem-2700 Thanks For posting in our Q&A.

Based on my understanding, if the configurations are deployed to users via intune, the same user logging in the different PCs will get the same configurations.

If the configurations deployed to PC1 and PC2 are diffenert, the same user logging in these two PCs will get the different configurations. However, it means that the configurations are deployed to the device and different users loging in the same PC will get the same configurations.
