Remote Desktop Freezes with 4K

On of my user is unable to use remote desktop at his full 4k resolution it just freezes. Is this a known issue he's running windows 10 and the remote computer is Server 2019 I believe.

Hi JB,

Our RDS servers does the same think but only when the users are bypassing the broker if they are using the gateway server then it is gone.

The 4k resolution + DPI scaling are giving errors in Server 2016-2019 as far as i know. Still got no solution
