Unable to set up work profile in intune portal in Android 12

I would like to inform you that currently I am facing issues while trying to setup work profile in my Android mobile. I am having Realme 9 Pro Plus which is having Android 12 version in it. I installed Intune Company Portal but when I tried to setup the work profile, it is showing "Your company needs you to adjust these settings to comply with organizational policies.". Please help me with this and inform me about the company policies which is restricting the work profile setup.

There is an ongoing issue with enrollment of certain phone manufacturers. See if this is affecting you or not.
