Auto Fill in Content when Choose a Category

Hi, is there a way to add some texts in the content or title when a user chooses a category during composing a "New Meeting"?

Like, if I choose red color, the system can automatically pop in "Alert!" in the Title or content fields, or automatically add a template of the content when I am creating a new meeting?

Or is there any scripts, Marcos, or add-ons can do that? Thanks

Please kindly understand the tag” office-outlook-itpro” which mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. According to your description, from the Outlook client itself, this functionality is not possible. In order to better resolve your problem, I will add the tag” office-vba-dev”, so that users of their forum can help to see it together.
