The Zoho connector is still in preview mode and might lack some features that a usual connector may have

Please check the below link for available features with this connector and if you have any queries or concern(s) with this connector then you can reach out to Microsoft Support

Thank you for sharing the thoughts. I checked the docs but didn't help.
Actually I would like to share the issue in the detail, to see if we deep dive in a bit more.

I'm using the authorization token for the leads module from the ZOHO to get the data in the Postman which works fine.

however when I same thing in the ADF it give me the error

Thanks for explaining the issue in detail

As I read from the Zoho's documentation, they have a redirect URI which redirects you with a grant token(code) after successful authentication

Can you try using Web Activity in ADF instead of Zoho connector and see if that works

As Zoho is still in preview at ADF end, so Azure support team can help you here the best

@PRADEEPCHEEKATLA-MSFT : Can you help Chaitanya with this and see if a ticket can be created with Microsoft

But I would also recommend to check Web Activity once

I tried this with web activity to fetch data and REST Connector to copy into the SQL Table. and it worked.

I would like to connect to @PRADEEPCHEEKATLA-MSFT , to discuss the ZOHO Connector issue and see if we can dig more into it.

Hello @Pratik Somaiya , Definitely Microsoft have not tested at their end before releasing. It is evident that this connector does not work when trying with OAuth 2.0. Zoho internally redirects the API, and that is throwing an error.

For Web activity or Copy Activity using the REST connector as a source you can use, your final Endpoint and access token with the Get Method.

This will give you the data from the Zoho API.
