black screen problem connecting to the windows server 2012 R2

Hi,
I have a black screen problem connecting to the windows server 2012 R2

I did the Ctrl + Alt + Del solutions but it closes quickly and does not allow me to log in and control Windows at all
I did the SFC and Chkdsk commands in Tshoot mode but the problem was not solved
Thank you

Might also try a Safe Mode boot.

Dear friend, thank you, but the problem is not with the items mentioned in the link. Windows is installed on the virtual machine and all the installed services are working and there is no problem.
Just does not allow image output, even when I try each shortcut, the screen turns on and off for a few seconds

Also try logging on as a different or new user. Is this possibly a core install?

I created a new user through Remote management and tried to login with it remotely, but the same problem occurred again.
