Bit of a long one but hoping it’s a simple fix.
I have domain hosting and emails from GoDaddy and wanted to switch to Microsoft 365 for our organization. After a week have finally managed to get GoDaddy to remove tenancy and verify the domain name with Microsoft 365.
I have recently signed up with Microsoft 365 already.
So I went to change my email address option to my domain name as primary, immediately it logged me out of admin centre and now I can’t get back in.
My original onmicrosoft.com email is now no longer recognized on login but my new domain name one isn’t either, or when I go to login, it tells me to type the code on Authenticator app. But on my Authenticator app, I can’t login as it tells me to put the code from the Authenticator app but that’s what I am on? It’s a loop and there seems to be no way to get back in and help sections say to contact the admin but that’s me! Any solutions?
