Can't login to admin centre or authenticator app (i am admin)

Bit of a long one but hoping it’s a simple fix.

I have domain hosting and emails from GoDaddy and wanted to switch to Microsoft 365 for our organization. After a week have finally managed to get GoDaddy to remove tenancy and verify the domain name with Microsoft 365.
I have recently signed up with Microsoft 365 already.
So I went to change my email address option to my domain name as primary, immediately it logged me out of admin centre and now I can’t get back in.
My original onmicrosoft.com email is now no longer recognized on login but my new domain name one isn’t either, or when I go to login, it tells me to type the code on Authenticator app. But on my Authenticator app, I can’t login as it tells me to put the code from the Authenticator app but that’s what I am on? It’s a loop and there seems to be no way to get back in and help sections say to contact the admin but that’s me! Any solutions?

I’m asking from my personal Microsoft account (which I still have access to).

Also to be clear, I did have another email loaded but all of the sign in features are asking for 2 step authentication so after email it’s still wanting my Authenticator app which I can’t login to in the first place.

Please help!

@SavinaKim-3578 Thanks for posting in our Q&A. For this issue, it seems more related to Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.

For Microsoft 365, it is suggested to post in Microsoft 365 community forum to get more accurate help. And I will add Azure AD tag.

I would like to check with you to see if you had tried alternative options such as phone call or SMS based verification code by selecting Sign in another way as shown below, for more detail refer to this article. If this doesn't then you need to contact MS support by open a support ticket to get Microsoft Data Protection team engaged for this issue. If you are unable to sign into your tenant, you can use any other tenant or signup for a new one to open a support ticket. Hope this helps.
