Redis 6.2 StringSetAndGet with expiry

Hello,

Similar to the question:

We would like to know if StringSetAndGet with expiry is going to be supported.
ETA?

Could we start experimenting with 7.0?

Hi @UrielKluk-1862, welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum. thanks for posting your query.

As we understand the ask here is you want to know StringSetAndGet with expiry is going to be supported and also you want to know Could you start experimenting with 7.0?

We don’t have any immediate timeline to support 6.2 or 7.0. We plan on supporting 7.0 in the future but we don't have any ETA yet.
Could we start experimenting with 7.0?
experimenting with 7.0 is not possible, We're a managed service, so you can't update the Redis version manually,
If you want to experiment with 7.0, you will need to self-host open-source Redis on a VM.
