Dynamic Dns not updated in forward lookup Zone

Hello team, I need a help regarding this issue. Here I shared the scenario. Due to scavenging misconfiguration all A record got deleted from DC (Domain Controller). To restore those record we have already taken the following steps:
1. Disable scavenging and aging.
2. Restart domain join machine
3. Check port TCP & UDP 53 and verified its open
4. Zone is active directory integrated & Dynamic update Secure Only.

After all those step we got no success on Dynamic Record Update. Can anyone please help resolving the matter?

From a problem member try to ipconfig / registerdns, what is the result?

@DSPatrick All domain joined machine have static IP & no machine IP is not in DNS. Therefore I execute this command and output shows bellow as :

Registration of the DNS resource Records for all adapters of this computer has been initiated. Any error will be reported in the event viewer in 15 minutes.

By default, event static addresses should reregister every 24 hours.

@DSPatrick I know, even after restarting the machine No luck. No record is updated in DC.

On the servers make sure the that this option is set under ip configuration, dns tab without this option set the servers will not register their ip addresses.
