My office365 didn't work from the day before yesterday. Not long ago it was normal ,MS Word, excel,MS team, excel t, etc. Outlook requires password but does not start the login window, , or pops up every a few second, suspected to be a window, but it disappeared in less than a second,. it's latested and unable to update the office. Tried gmail account login .works well. but the company's outlook account always fails to work. Problem still same after deleting gmail. web based outlook works well. I tried to re-add it from the control panel-- mail, and I got an error that my account could not be set up. Then download and reinstall office365, after which it cannot be activated. Downloaded SetupProd_OffScrub and uninstalled again, but the uninstallation could not be completed for long time. had to cancel it.please provide some advice, thank you!

    Hi @scott xiao ,
If you still get the message: "Some other account of your orgnazation has logged into this PC." You can try to these methods to reset accounts in Windows:

    1. Remove Office Identity registry key:
Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.
Here is an article about how to back up and restore the registry in Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-back-up-and-restore-the-registry-in-windows-855140ad-e318-2a13-2829-d428a2ab0692

      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common
      Remove the Identity registry key

    2. Remove all Credentials from Contral Panel:
Note:You should back up Credentials before remove them.

    Hi @scott xiao ,
You problem is cannot activate the new Office 365 after uninstalling the old one, is my understanding correct?
Did you get any error message when activating Office? You can provide the detail error message here.
I suggest you try to remove the Office license n PC, please follow these steps:
Search CMD, right-click the Command Prompt and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command, click Enter at last:
    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system:
    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

If you can find the Office 365 product key in list, try to remove it by typing the following command with the Last 5 characters of installed product key (I replace it with XXXXX, but what you type in is what you see on your computer) in this interface:
    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX
If the 32bit version of Office installed on a 64bit operation, run the following command:
    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX

Try this method, after removing licence re-start PC and re-activate the Office 365.

On top of the ways above, I also got TPM error during the troubleshooting. I had to go to device manager, uninstall it, and go to window security, clear TPM. after all this, resolved. Thanks for support!
