Changing DC, impact for Azure AD Sync service to Office 365.

Dear Friends,

If we change our on-prem Domain Controller's Server 2012 R2 roles to a different DC server (server 2019), will it have any impact on Azure Sync service (Office 365 & Azure SaaS)? Do I need to re-specify Azure AD Sync or sth?
