"Can't connect to virtual desktop" Message

Sometimes when I attempt to boot up my Virtual Desktop, it displays the message below. I can't seem to figure out the cause of it, but sometimes it will work, other times it won't. I need this Virtual Desktop to complete some of my homework, so if anyone could help me figure out this problem ASAP, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi @460326-2545

In order to help you, we require more information.

Share the screenshot of the configuration of your Azure Virtual Desktop, Hostpool and Applications Group

Getting that information may help you (and me) to understand the current situation.

How would I reach the screen to view its configuration? Sorry, I'm not super savvy with this and the Virtual Desktop is managed by my district, so they set it up beforehand. I'm not certain how it works entirely. If you could please help me figure things out, I'd be grateful. Thanks again!

@soysoliscarlos

I can provide an image of what my resources tab looks like if that helps.

Can you explain more about the duration of this error? Do you use VPN or not? Please tell us, what's your version of the browser?

It's been occurring for a while now. Maybe 2 months. However, it has only happened a few times, and it usually only lasts a couple of days. I don't use a VPN.

Have you ever connected to a virtual machine in another way? Because I think you have a problem with the resource group, not your virtual machine.

I don't believe I have, however, I'm not certain what you mean by that. If it is a problem with the resource group, is there anything I could do to fix it without being an admin?
