Unable lo login to Azure AD

Hi;

I've a problem login our Win 10 to the Azure AD, we've the following licenses;

And this is the error screen

I've followed the steps detailed in the 2 possible solutions:
- Disable globally the MDM features (This is not an option for me)
- Check the licenses and verify that Intune it's assigned (As you see, our licenses don´t have that feature)

Also I've checked the URL's for register and that's seem to be OK

Have I forgotten something? Is the some additional procedure for login my devices to the Azure AD? We don't have an on-premises AD, It's only Azure AD

In order to help you, we require more information.

Share the screenshot of the Azure AD Logs, maybe there we can find the real reason.

Getting that information may help you (and me) to understand the current situation.

Hi @FreddyLopezAlfaro-7714 , is this your first time using this feature? Are you following any documents to set it up? If so can you please post the link? This way I can confirm if it's a license issue or not.

Hi @soysoliscarlos

I could give you the logs through mail or an alternative channel as you suggest, I presume that the problem is due to the fact that in order to register my devices to Azure AD I must acquire some type of additional license (that is frustrating) and that I cannot use MDM and MAM despite having an Azure AD Premium 1 license.
