How can I ensure the API pages response is identical to what I see in the OneNote web, mobile and desktop apps?

I have 24 pages in a section.
The API response count fluctuates between 12 and 17 with each request regardless of if I use (FavorDataRecency: true).
Thats a far cry from the actual amount.

Content within the sections is also not being updated.

So, Desktop and Web app, are reflecting changes, but the API isn't.

Hello @ByronBuckley-3409, I have tested locally and can update normally. According to our testing experience, there is a delay in API data refresh.
I suggest re-request after a period of time. If this phenomenon persists, I suggest opening a support ticket for more detailed help.
