Thanks for the advice. This is what I found to work.
Search: TroubleShoot on Your Computer
This will open a Trouble Shoot Window.
Select Windows Update and it will “Fix”
I then Downloaded Windows 10 to a Thumb Drive and Ran it from there. Upgraded no problem, no lost files. As Always, Backup To Be Safe
I hope this helps, I know it was a very frustrating process for me.
