Windows Embedded Compact 7 Platfrom builder Wave 3 install failed problem

Hi,
I have a problem with Platform builder wave for windows embedded EC7 platform and looking for help.
error message as below:

please help give me a suggestion.

Why are you trying to install Wave 3? This is very old. Install Wave 5 and then all the updates released after that,

You need to get a login on the Device Partner Center website and ask for Embedded IoT access so you can download the Embedded Compact ISOs, including Wave 5.
