In our Remote Desktop Server, I created a few eDiscovery cases using PowerShell and our Service Account. It created successfully but when I check it on the Compliance eDiscovery Core Web Portal, it didn't appear for some reason.
I do Get-ComplianceCase command and I see all the cases I just created but not sure why it's not appearing in the web portal. Anybody have any idea why it might be?.

I have also added additional tags to receive inputs from the appropriate SMEs. (and not pertaining to azure-webapps tag).
