Compliance Case not appearing in web portal

In our Remote Desktop Server, I created a few eDiscovery cases using PowerShell and our Service Account. It created successfully but when I check it on the Compliance eDiscovery Core Web Portal, it didn't appear for some reason.

I do Get-ComplianceCase command and I see all the cases I just created but not sure why it's not appearing in the web portal. Anybody have any idea why it might be?.

Hi, @AaseNomad
Since this question is related to PowerShell, I am in charge of Office General. I will remove the tag office-itpro. It is recommended that you wait for a reply from the experts at PowerShell.
Thanks for your understanding.
