Problem with Loading Taskbar

I am using Windows 11. I love its new design and yes, I am using a supported pc. So when I start my laptop, after booting, I see no desktop background and no taskbar, just like the situation when windows explorer is not running. Even though windows has booted up and I can use the task manager to run apps, I still cant get the taskbar and the desktop. After a few minutes of using it, both of them show up and the laptop becomes normal. Yes, I did try to restart explorer with task manager but it doesn't work. It doesn't even restart. I have to manually start it so that after a short time it becomes normal. Please help me I have to keep my computer to sleep so that I can get the taskbar. This is one of the worst things happened to me on windows EVER.

Hi @Helosedaw-1011,

You could try the following method.

Delete all contents in the next location.

%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations

Try open the cmd or Command prompt as administrator and then type the following command:

sfc /scannow

Press enter and let it runs.
Try perform a Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?
Take a look at:

If problem solved, enable services one by one to see which one cause this problem.

When I tried safe boot, It worked. I don't know how to enable windows services. If you could help me with that, I will surely try that. Thanks for the advice.

Are you referring to the Safe Mode or Clean Boot ?
In case you are referring to the Clean Boot in the article where I shared, then you may open the msconfig and click on Services tab and select unselected services one by one to identify which one causing this issue.
