SharePoint 2016 Migration to SharePoint Online

Hello, could anyone help me with the following issue?

I am trying to migrate a SharePoint 2016 site collection to SharePoint Online. The migration process, using the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT), failed. The reason was that the size of the site, as it has a content database about 2T. Also there are libraries with more than 150.000 files each.

Is there any other way for this case?

in the past I used Sharegate Migration tool (3rd party tool, not free) for migrating a lot of on-prem sites to SPO - it worked quite well. You may contact with their support and ask whether they support such big sites (probably they do, but before to purchase it I would ask that).
