I need some help in assigning specific Office 365 licenses to the members of Dynamic Distribution Group in Azure.
for example, I have created:
Dynamic DL: FrontLine-Workers-Team
License: F3
Dynamic DL: Corporate-Users
License: M365 E3
How can I automatically assign the license? using Powershell or Conditional Access Policy.

Does it mean that I need to make sure the number of licenses is 1000 for the Dynamic Group with a maximum of 1000 users or less?
When the number of the Dynamic group is less than 1000, let's say only 200 users, does it mean only 200 licenses will be consumed?
Correct, it means you have to have the required number of licenses for each member of that group.
