Azure DevOps accounts moved to new tenant, "The key you are attempting to add is already in use"

Our company Azure DevOps accounts are moved to a new tenant, but for some reason, our SSH keys were not moved with the accounts. I tried to add my (Yubikey hardware) public SSH keys to my account on the new tenant, but I get the error message "The key you are attempting to add is already in use". I cannot get to my SSH keys at the old tenant anymore to delete them there. How can I solve this?
