Deleted Authenticator and im admin! Cant choose another way to sign in! Microsoft dont call back

Deleted Authenticator and im admin! Right username and password, then Authenticator app do not recognice me.
Cant choose another way to sign in! Im stuck, and my domain is locked so i cant move it to my new business account. Microsoft support dont call back, have called them 8 times. What to do? Its just a trial basic account i want to delete, to release my domain name
