SCOM Switches Not Monitored

Hello,

I am running SCOM 2019, and I have discovered my HP Procurve switches. All of the switches are still in a "Not Monitored" state for months now. Some switches are certified, while other newer models are not. I deleted the contents of the Health Server State folder, and I rebooted the server, but they are still not being monitored. How can I get them to be monitored?

Please check the Operations Manager event log for any error events related to SNMP.
