First time signing into Azure, and the "Create a support request" page is broken.

I signed into Azure for the first time today, and I immediately saw error messages that I don't know how to resolve. Worst part is it's so broken I can't even request support, so I posted here.

Azure never stops "Getting things ready..."

@JeffreyRennie-1961 Sorry for the painful experience!

I understand that you logged into Azure for the first time and being greeted with error message. From the error details in the screenshots it is clear "the user you logged in with does not have permissions to login to that tenant". So, I would suggest to check with your Azure Active Directory tenant admin to grant you appropriate permissions. You can also try switching between the directories to confirm you have been given access to other directory.
