Hello, my subscription to Microsoft Azure has been terminated, but I need to download files from the server. How can I do this?

Sorry to hear that your subscription is disabled. Since you are wanting to download files from the server hosted on Azure, that can be possible only if you re-activate your subscription. If you hit a roadblock, you can anytime contact Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a support request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
