Unable to access the Analysis Toolpak in Excel 2016 for Win 10

189493-sp220403-162641.png
Based on the requirements to use the data analysis features in excel, I tried adding Analysis Toolpak (not sure Whether the translation is correct ) in the excel add-in and the window screenshot I pasted listed several reasons.

For the first that the path or the file did not exist, I checked the file did store in the right folder.
The second possibility is that another application was occupying the file, so I restarted my PC but still unavailable.
The last pointed the name of the file edited may be already in use by another opening one, which I thought could be resolved after a reboot. But still the same inaccessibility.

Though I have already networked to fix my entire MS Office, the above pop-up window still appears.
Not only the Analysis Toolpak but also the VBA Toolpak is unprocurable when I try to tick it.

I asked in the MS Community and got the reply that I should come here, the technical forum, to figure out because my issue was beyond the support of the community forum.
I would like to get an answer or a solution for the situation and sincerely appreciate for any help because my English expression may not be very good.

Hi, @16081462
Welcome to the Q&A forum, you can try the following methods.
1. Check whether the developer mode is turned on, and whether the Analysis Toolpack plug-in can be displayed.

Check the Developer option box in excel-Options-Customize Ribbon, whether there is this interface in the developer tab

Then click Go in Options-Add-ins-Manage, check Analysis ToolPak and click OK. See if the Analysis ToolPak is displayed in the data tab

2. Click Go in Options-Add-ins-Manage, click browser, and find the ANALYS32.DLL file. The example path is C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\Library\Analysis. If the file does not exist, it is recommended that you copy the file from another computer to this directory.
3. Whether there are other Office or WPS software in the computer, such as Office2013, Office2019, Office365. If you have other Office or WPS ,uninstall these software try.
4. Try to uninstall and reinstall Office.
5. Try turning off antivirus testing.
6. Create a new account test on the computer to exclude the influence of the system environment.
