Thanks for the info. I tried creating a project using the QuickStart and tag data tutorials and seems to work fine for me. Can you confirm that you imported txt file for tagging to your blob storage? Are the files showing up 'All files' in Custom NER portal? Are you getting the error when adding an entity or when selecting a text to tag? If you can share screenshots or steps to reproduce the error that would be great. Please review the service limits page for more details.

We are getting issue while tagging long text , Initially to same project we tagged text with more than 500 characters , But recently Microsoft introduced a limitation to tag below 500 for single entity , So we created new project and when tried to tag the entity with 200-300 characters , getting error as "Something went wrong"

Are you saying it works with fewer than 200 characters but when tagging entity with 200-300 characters you get that error? According to the documentation, "your tagged entity is recommended not to exceed 10 words but the maximum allowed is 100 characters." Please review the service limits page for more details. Can you share where you found 500 character limit? Thanks.
