@StolteHans-6199 I've confirmed with our team that new PaaS version (currently in private preview) of Azure FarmBeats as a fully managed service is available. To try this new Azure FarmBeats, need to write us at FarmBeatsSupport [at] microsoft [dot] com.
I also confirm that email address is working. Our team received your emails and working with you on the PaaS Version of Farmbeats access.

We have further investigated this issue and fixed it. Hope you will be able to send an email now without any issue.

Could you try again and update if you are still facing any problem.
